Welcome to Piara Waters Senior High School

As a new school, Piara Waters Senior High School is establishing its workforce to best support students.

As a new school we will expand one-year group at a time until our full complement of students is reached (Year 7-12 by 2028). As the student population continues to grow, staff vacancies will become available across the full range of learning areas.

Our school provides a workplace culture that is supportive, challenging, innovative and rewarding. Opportunities to display initiative, participate in leadership and grow professionally are a key feature of our staff profile.

Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to respond to the needs of our students and the changing physical environment is a core focus. Teaching Staff

Corporate Services Staff

Corporate Services Staff play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of school operations throughout the school site. They are organised and dedicated to professional growth, embracing the schools’ vision throughout all areas of practice. Corporate Services Staff at Piara Waters Senior High School make use of a range of key software applications - including Compass, Student Information System (SIS), RM Billing and RM Finance - and as such, strong computer skills and digital literacy is important.

Ideal applicants have outstanding attention to detail, are flexible to work across several functional areas and have the passion to work with staff, students, parents/guardians and the wider school community. Working within a close-knit team, there are opportunities for professional growth as the school continues to evolve over the next five years.

Allied Professionals (Education Assistants, Facilities Support Staff)

Allied Professionals are highly skilled individuals who support the delivery of exceptional outcomes for students. Our school employs a School Psychologist, Chaplain, Nurse, Education Assistants and Cleaning staff. As the student cohort grows, the positions becoming available will increase.
